As both a certified public accountant and an attorney, Bruce understands all sides of business. His duel understanding of a business owner or individual’s tax and accounting needs and the legal ramifications of any financial strategy that is implemented, makes him an important asset to GALLINA’s clients.
Bruce has more than three decades of experience providing tax, accounting, and consulting services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, LLCs, trusts, and estates. He assists companies with mergers, sales, or acquisitions and provides specialized tax, estate, and retirement planning services to individual private clients.
Bruce is one of GALLINA’s most versatile professionals. “While I have a number of clients with professional, medical, and legal practices, I’ve also provided service to the farming, ranching, and manufacturing industries,” he says. Bruce is a business advisor to all types of closely held businesses.
His clients vary greatly in size and complexity. Some are small retail operations and others, such as those requiring his expertise in international accounting and expatriate services, are companies with employees all over the world. His clients have included Woodland Healthcare Administration, the Willamette Valley Cooperative, Rancho Murieta Country Club, La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries, Setzer Farms and Setzer Forest Products, Inc., Applied Forest Management, LLC, Valley Fresh Foods, Inc., the West Coast Egg Cooperative, and Computer Power Software Group, Inc., among others.
