David Heier, a Partner in the Novato office of GALLINA, provides attestation services, including audit, review and compilation, and tax services, to the firm’s Bay Area clients. He also provides monthly and quarterly bookkeeping and consulting services for in-house accounting matters including balance sheet reconciliation, financial analysis, accounting for long-term contracts and payroll tax filings.
“One of my goals and passions is helping clients develop good accounting processing procedures and internal control,” he says.
Before starting his career at GALLINA, David worked in private industry for several years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance, from California State University, Fullerton, and has continued his education by taking courses in income taxes and construction accounting.
David is also actively involved in construction industry groups, including the Northern California Engineering Contractor’s Association. He is also a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
