Karl is a partner in GALLINA’s Roseville office. He has extensive experience in financial statement preparation and income tax planning. Karl has developed particular expertise in the construction and related industries and has earned an impeccable reputation among bonding companies and banks and is respected for his timely and thorough attention to his clients' needs. In addition to construction, Karl works with wholesale and not-for-profit organizations where he brings an objective perspective and practical understanding to his clients, their businesses, and their unique financial needs. He uses his understanding of the individual’s or business’ unique financial needs to help them navigate the opportunities and pitfalls they face. Karl maintains an excellent rapport with small and medium size organizations with annual revenues up to $400 million. Because he has direct experience operating his own small business, he is able to put his knowledge to practical application as he helps his clients achieve their highest levels of success, reach their goals, and plan their futures. Karl says, “My clients can count on me to do whatever is ethically possible to promote their well-being and success.” Karl is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton and he attended the Masters of Taxation Program at Golden Gate University. He began with a Big-Four firm when he graduated from college and then spent the majority of his career operating his own firm. In 2007, Karl combined his operations with those of GALLINA LLP in order to provide his clients more service options and greater access to specialized financial professionals. Karl supports numerous community activities and participates in various professional and trade organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California State Society of CPAs (CalCPA). He and his wife Charlotte enjoy traveling and outdoor activities with friends and their 3 children. |
