Lisa joined GALLINA in 1986 after spending the previous three years working as an auditor for a national CPA firm. She became a partner in 1992 and currently works in the firm’s Walnut Creek office.
Lisa has extensive experience providing auditing, accounting, and tax services to construction contractors in the Bay Area. She is also responsible for overseeing the Bay Area's employee benefit plan audit practice, the firm’s accounting and auditing quality control system, in addition to serving as the liaison for the firm’s peer review program.
She is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Construction Financial Management Association, (CFMA). For several years, Lisa has been a coordinator and lecturer for the Golden Gate Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors’ (ABC) Construction Bookkeeping seminar.
Lisa believes in staying in peak professional and personal condition. “I’ve found that being active in my field and in my personal life sharpens my focus and allows me to better serve our clients,” she says. Lisa studied ballet and danced throughout her teenage and college years. She was a member of the Portable Dance Troupe at California State University, Fresno, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Lisa lives in Walnut Creek and stays fit with weekly Tae Bo and boot camp classes. |
